| Advice Care | The convenience of our 150 gram frozen meal portions means you don’t need to thaw out a large amount of food at once, so there is no waste. Store in the freezer, defrost a portion in the fridge or sealed container on the bench. Keeps for 4 days in the fridge, 6 months in the freezer. Maintain healthy food handling practices.
